Tech Support Changes Effective February 1, 2010IntroductionLike many other companies, Eliron is looking for ways to reduce costs. While we dislike reducing the services available to our customers, we've made the difficult decision to stop providing 24-hour toll-free technical support as of midnight on February 1, 2010. We were suprised to find that virtually none of our customers use the 24-hour tech support service. It is mostly used by our dial-up customers. Most of our hosting customers call our main office number or contact us via email. How to Get Technical SupportAs of February 1, 2010, please call our main office number (203 264-1356 in Western Connecticut, or 877-210-6129 toll free).
